Our Story: How It All Began
Saxon Tours was founded in 2022 by Milan Volf, a lifelong traveler who spent years exploring the national parks on both sides of the Czech–German border.
The company started small - just a single route and a lot of enthusiasm - but grew quickly as more travelers began searching for quieter, more authentic experiences outside Prague.

What a wonderful day. We saw beautiful vistas from Saxon Switzerland (Germany ) and Bohemian Switzerland (Czech Republic). Joseph (our guide) was funny and knowledgeable. Tomas (driver) was professional. You will hike to the top of an Elbe Sandstone mountain to see Pravčická brána. It’s quite a hike but well worth it. The Czech lunch was wonderful. All in all it was a great day and it was a small group which I like. Highly recommend this tour. ... Read more
